I followed one of the top EBU Middleweights around for the day to find out what life is like as a boxer. I wont name the boxer to avoid giving insight to future opponents, but you all know him.
4.30AM. Wakes up and eats 4 boiled eggs, 1 wholemeal bread, 1 banana, 1 cup of coffee.
5.30AM. Goes for a 7 mile run.
7AM. Eats 1 greek yogurt and a protein shake.
9AM. Three hour gym session consists of sparring, bag work, pad work, skipping.
12.30PM. Eats Grilled fish, rice and broccoli.
1.30PM. Sleep.
3.30 PM. Eats small Chicken salad.
5PM. Two hour strength session.
7.30PM 2 large Steaks and sweet potato. Bowl of various vegetable.
9.30PM Handful of nuts, large orange, protein bar.
10PM bed.
